SLNII Learning Center provides programs and resources geared towards essential logistics to enable school-age kids to be able to study at night under conducive conditions, training, and help residents of all ages who live in the Kasiemba community.

SLNII aims to Build Better Lives and Better Neighborhoods through:
- Information and referrals;
- After-school programs;
- Job/Technical (Vocational) career center
- Computer literacy programs;
- Renewable (Solar) Energy Technicians
- English as Second Language classes;
- Collaboration with pro bono medical organizations to facilitate easy access to affordable medical services to the Kasiemba community;
- Install/Commission and maintain water points in dedicated areas;
